He's still the 1

Joe presented me with flowers as he came through the door. They are gorgeous, some lilies, carnations and other things that I can't seem to grow. The house has that spicy aroma now. We headed out to dinner in St Albert and then on to the Northern Jubilee for the Comedy Show. Us and about 2500 of our closest friends! Yeah right, we didn't see a soul that we knew! Oh well, the seats were perfect, the laughs were great, even if they kept us up past our bedtime! It was nearing midnight by the time we got home. We don't often see our downtown core that quiet!

Today I'll have more time to check out the lovely gardening gifts Joe got me...as if I needed more! I'm now the proud owner of a combination clock, thermometer & hygrometer for my greenhouse! And I get to wear a new sweatshirt in case there is a chill while I record my successes & failures in a 10 year gardening journal! Now if I needed more pressure to produce a great bounty next year, it's a huge journal! But I that I've been eyeing for a while. Thanks Mr. Jones, you are the bestest.

Ah...words of wisdom...always make sure you buy the best toilet paper you can and lots of it!

And 2 bathrooms make for a happier household!

Thanks Monica for the best wishes. And we are happy to hear about your hubby's good news.
