Overstuffed

How did you do with all the holiday treats around yesterday?  It was just me here and I seemed to sabotage myself quite nicely.  1 too many butter tart or maybe it was the 1/4 pineapple I ate along with the slivers of cheddar! Nevertheless I took advantage of a quiet house to put my new pj's on early....felt immediately better. 

Now to catch you up!  In November we took a little trip to BC to visit Heather, Jeff and Jonathan.  This little fella was really excited about our visit.  We talked a couple times a week and he was sooo happy when we walked into the airport.  We were also met by my sister Sharon and her son Hike.  We didn't have a chance to see Krista or meet her beau Frank...but it won't be our last trip to the area.

We flew in on Remembrance Day...it was very touching that one of the flight attendants thanked Joe for his contributions and dedication.  We mainly shopped and visited!  We did Jonathan's birthday and his Christmas present...after a quick trip to Toys R Us.We then headed out to get Heather & Jeff their Christmas presents. Joe talked the grown up store to discount what the HST would have been so without having to ship anything, it was win win and we knew we had the right sizes!  We had a nice visit with Heather's in laws...it was all good!

The highlight of the trip was all Jonathan...from his desire to go to Chuck E Cheese to his trip with us to the Christmas College! on the way to the airport.  What a great trip.  Gee...no pics of Joe, Heather or Jeff!  I wonder why? lol
