Got a spare 1/4 mill $$$ laying around?

Seems our most treasured historical building is in dire need of major repairs. This is an amazing church and the steeple can be seen for miles. Shortly after moving here, there was an accident on the highway and all traffic was diverted onto secondary roads. Keep in mind this was all pre GPS days. I wasn't exactly sure where to go but I just drove toward the steeple and landed right smack on the main drag.
