I will admit that I've followed this show since day except for the odd vacation/move/channel A or channel B etc. Some stories touch closer than others. With the recent beef recall for eColi contamination, both Joe & I watched the last episode. It was all about mechanical meat tenderizing and the health impacts I wasn't aware of. I now know what to ask and what to look for when showing for beef. Joe was surprised as well and he's all about the meat. Anyways, check it out online for yourself.
