Our dishwasher wasn't playing nice so after twice making previous repairs, it's gotta go. Unfortunately it also caused significant warping of the parquet floor...cha-ching!
I mentioned this to Brian tonight when he asked what you guys were up to for the long weekend and he said to tell you they had the same problem years and years ago and the house insurance kicked in to cover damage. Just an FYI.
