Rough start to my day!

Joe was SUPPOSED to have an ultrasound today...he's feeling some pain where they did the surgery last year...BUT someone ate breakfast. Now we wait for a new appointment. I'll get over it...I did my part with a fat free supper the night before. Sorry Joe, I should have put your instructions in a more prominent spot...guess the front of the frig wasn't obvious enough. I am upset with myself.
Oh well, on the brighter side of things, I found Krista's blog and have added to it my list of nice people. We now have a personal point of view on this whole boil water scenerio that Vancouver is under. Those poor people, I just can't imagine that many people without drinkable tap water.
Well, back to baking, at least it should help keep me warm today. Minus 17 when I got up...brrr!

Must be a guy thing. Paul was supposed to go for blood tests today so after work I asked him how he made out, really thinking he was going to come up with one of his great excuses for not going, but he actually went this time. I was shocked! What is it with men and doctors?

Ultrasounds are no fun at all. I held my bladder so long when I had one a couple of weeks ago that I physically started shaking. When it was all over I ran to the bathroom and was crying & going at the same time. I thought for sure I was just going to let it go right on the floor. It didn't help that they only took me in for the test about an hour late after my appointment time. When you drink that much water, you gotta be on time!! Come on people, have some mercy!

I dint really mind my ultrasound...afterall I got a really cool video of Jonathan...but I do admit it was not easy not peeing when the lady is pressing down on your belly to get a good view of your insides...
