They never cease to amaze me!

I'm referring to our 2 eldest grandchildren. They may have the same parents, but their personalities are so different.

The youngest brother is as sharp as a tack, can outwit many at the tender age of 3! He frightens me sometimes! His energy rivals that of the Ev*ready Bunny. One of the last mornings here, he was wide awake and ready to face what was ahead. Feeling that his grandfather should also be awake, he went up to his sleeping grandfather, almost nose to nose and yelled in his big voice "Papa, wake up, it's morning time!" Needless to say, there was no gong back to sleep after that wake up call.

Our eldest grandson,5, loves to draw, colour, sketch and is just getting into a lot of imaginative play. He currently loves his 'magic' collectors cards, carries them almost everywhere he can! He recently came into a new card collection and developed a game of sorts to play with his father. While his father was watching a tv program, DGS 1 passed Daddy a note...not much in the way of words...just his name printed at the top, but the message was crystal clear. Daddy was challenged to do a card battle!

I can hardly wait for our third grandson to grow and develop into his own being! Maybe he'll play the drums just like his Dad! Kids, don't you just love 'em?!

With their constant on-the-go personalities I wonder how we can ever keep up to them!
Today's adventure was the Royal Tyrell Museum tour and a helicopter ride over Horseshoe Canyon and the Hoodoos. Tres cool!

I hope I will be able to keep up with baby J...he hasnt quite got the hang of crawling yet...he gets his knees up under his bum and then his bum keeps going up...and next thing you know he is on his hands and tippy toes! I am trying to get a pic but he is a quick little monkey!
